If you are feeling any or all of the above and can’t put your finger on what’s wrong, then this health screen is for you. It looks for common causes of fatigue, including deficiencies in essential nutrients and thyroid function.
Initial Appointment
As with all our checks, during an initial 15-minute consultation, your bloods will be taken, and health readings will be taken.
What bloods are tested?
It tests for over 30 different markers in the blood, including: Full blood count, Kidney function, Bone health, infection/inflammation markers, Iron studies, Diabetes tests, Vitamin and minerals (B12, Folic acid, D, Calcium, magnesium), Thyroid function.
What if all tests come back normal?
If all blood tests come back as normal, this is great news. However, sometimes, this leaves a patient feeling quite disappointed as no cause has been found for the fatigue. Thankfully, you will be seen and examined by the GP at your follow-up appointment, and this may help to reveal the cause of the issue or lead to further, more detailed investigations.
